Crack down on extreme pornography

Commenting on proposed legislation that would see the possession of extreme pornography carry a jail term of up to three years, Liberal Democrat Justice spokesperson Robert Brown said:

"Liberal Democrats strongly support action to address this issue.

"We must not, however, be distracted from tackling those who import, supply and profit from extreme pornography.

"I want to see action taken to crack down on internet providers who host these sites and promote this kind of behaviour."
